9 Select a ‘Reminder’ time 9 1.Locate the ‘Reminder’ box in Options at the top of your meeting request 2.Select the desired ‘Reminder’ time, in order to alert your attendees to the meeting and remind them to attend.

10 Request a Response 10 ‘Response Options’ icon is located in the Attendees box Requesting a response allows you to track anticipated meeting attendance.
