FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS

REE prices stable to rising. Uranium price at ~$44/lb is close to four year low, with forecast average $70/lb in 2009-2011* REE supply has new China problem: availability outside China becoming both scarce and more expensive. Uranium supply deficit forecast from 2013: growth in demand forecast at 4.4% per year despite economic downturn** Kirrin operating three projects in N&L with expansion focus on Quebec Kirrin’s technical group has 100 years of relevant experience and the strong corporate team is familiar with tough markets Strategy: apply technical and corporate expertise to high-grading of property portfolio, creating shareholder value by asset realisation Low G&A burn optimizes available dollar spend on exploration * source: Raymond James, March 2009** source: Canaccord, January 2009 WHY KIRRIN RESOURCES? 13 LOST POND REE AND URANIUM PROPERTY

Early exploration success: (a) 1,650 m drilling in 13 holes around first REE anomaly intersected 4.47% Total Rare Earth Oxides over 5.64m with $/tonne value US$1,500 Early exploration success: (b) 3,100m drilling in 20 holes resulted in high uranium assay of 0.04% U 3 O 8 across 20.1m including 0.6% over 3m. Uranium zone is 200m wide with best assay 0.75% over 0.5m and remains open to depth Best percentage TREO 15% being evaluated Uranium mineralization target style is variably characterized as cataclastite hosted, fracture control, and unconformity related Future program: assessment of 5 further known REE anomalies in underway; step out drilling to expand current U2 uranium zone commences November; and drilling on new REE targets in Spring 2010 LOST POND URANIUM AND REE PROPERTY

LOST POND CATACLASTIC URANIUM ZONE

ALEXIS RIVER REE AND URANIUM PROPERTY

2008 drill program uranium high assay 0.754% U 3 O 8 across 0.20m from 58.90m to 59.10m core length Assays disclose cerium, lanthanum and neodymium REE 2007/2008 lake sediment analysis at Anomaly Lake shows high 2,370 ppm uranium and average 520 ppm uranium (0.085 wt.% U 3 O 8 ) from 106 samples Airborne survey defines strongly positive, broad anomaly immediately east of Anomaly Lake Anomaly Lake sediment tested 926 ppm, the highest recorded by GSC in 18,640 samples in N&L. Equivalent to 0.1% uranium in lake sediment. Future program: follow-up prospecting and geochemistry to better define REE prospectivity and Anomaly Lake alteration zone and elevated lake sediment uranium anomaly

BOXEY POINT URANIUM PROPERTY

738 ppm uranium and 1,498 ppm uranium (0.09 and 0.18 wt.% U 3 O 8 ) results from soil and rock sampling Extensive 2008 field program completed and geochemical results indicate anomalous uranium trends in soils extending up to 1.4 km from the radioactive zone along the west shore of Boxey Point promontory Property is 900 ha. in southern Newfoundland largely underlain by rocks of the Great Bay L’Eau Formation Future program: drill test of radioactive zone and geochemical uranium anomalies commences in October 2009
