4 When you print to Copy Center  A Print driver allows you to convert a native file into a PDF format.  Creating an unchangeable document that embeds all fonts, graphics, and formatting  Streamlining the ordering process 4

5 1.1 From a Windows application  Select File > Print  Select > Copy Center Printer  Select > Print (This will convert the file to a PDF and bring you to the log on page for WebCRD) Do not choose any print options on this page. 5

6 1.2 Log into WebCRD  Enter User ID and Password (It is the same as your standard ID and Password)  Click Login 6

7 1.3 Document added to Cart 1.4 Choose either:  Continue Shopping – allows you to add additional items to the order  Checkout – Add the single item and takes you directly to the Cart 7

8  All items are placed in Cart  Set Print Options, Shipping, and Billing information 8

9 9 You can change the order name to something representative of the job by clicking on the pencil

10 10 The default for all copies is black and white print on white paper printed front and back. These settings can be changed by selecting one of the One Click Print options.

11 11 The One Click Options are shown below.

12 12 You can also make print choices by choosing the Print Basic Option

13  By using the drop down options you can choose color printing, single or double sided print and/or the color and type of paper you would like. 13

14 14 To choose other options choose the additional services tab.

15  By using the tabs under Additional Options, you may select: ◦ Binding: staples, booklets, coils ◦ Folding/Punch: Single or brochure (letter) fold and hole punch ◦ Covers: Color and print options ◦ Other: Cutting and padding ◦ Tabs ◦ Insertion: Add additional pages to the body of your work ◦ Exceptions: If you want to change the color or thickness of a sheet within the body of your work 15

16 16 After making your selections, you can review your document by selecting Preview Document

17 17 Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to move from page to page.

18 18 Select your ship date by clicking on the calendar icon. The default date is 3 business days after submission. You may choose as little as one day for shipment. Please remember that you will receive your materials with campus mail the day after it is shipped. If you do not need it for several days or weeks, please choose a later date.

19  All of the account codes for your campus are listed in a dropdown menu. You must choose one of these codes before you can submit your order.  Please check with your bookkeeper to determine the appropriate account code. 19 You must choose an account code before submitting your job.

20  When your order is complete click on the Place Order Tab.  You will be asked to confirm the price and the order will then proceed on to your bookkeeper or the copy center depending on the amount of the order. 20

22 What are Special Orders? Orders where an electronic copy of the document is not uploaded to WebCRD. Common Special Orders: ◦ Hardcopy documents ◦ Files on CD or USB ◦ Files that are not accepted for uploading 22

23 5.1 Log onto WebCRD: https://copycenter.pfisd.net/ Use Special Orders > Go 23

24 24 Enter in the number of pages you will have in your document. Then proceed to fill in the rest of the information Once you have submitted your order online, put your hard copy in campus mail and reference your order number.

26 What is a Catalog? A collection of print items that are made available to all WebCRD users or only to specific users. Our PISD Catalogs will be:  Dibels  DRA  ? (Any Suggestions?) 26

27 3.1 Use Search Catalog  Enter item/document name and click Go or  Click Advanced Search or  Click Go button 27

30 What are My Files? A collection of your documents that you upload and configure for printing ahead of time. How to Set Up: Use Manage Files to: ◦ Create Folders ◦ Upload Files ◦ Set Retention Time ◦ Set Print Options 30

31 4.1 Use My Files  Enter item/document name and click Go or  Click Advanced Search or  Click Go button 31

33  Click Orders link to track the status of your order.  Use the view button to check the details of your order. Please note once the job has been submitted, you will no longer be able to modify your order.  Use the Reorder button to reorder a previously submitted job. 33
