2 Degree Requirements This presentation walks you through the degree evaluation tool located in GENISYS Please watch carefully and follow the step-by- step instructions Other information regarding the Degree Evaluation Tool is located on the Registrar’s WebsiteRegistrar’s Website

3 Login to MyRegent Portal Click on GENISYS

4 Click on Student

5 Click on Student Records

6 Select Degree Evaluation

7 Step 1 – Select the Most Current Term Step 2 – Click Submit

10 Step 1 – Select the Most Current Term Step 2 – Click Generate Request

11 Step 1 – Select Detail Requirements Step 2 – Click Submit

12 Top Half of Degree Evaluation Tool Shows Your Program of Study & Hours Completed and Used

13 Degree Evaluation The degree evaluation is broken down into 5 distinct sections ▫Christian Foundations ▫General Education ▫Major Course Work ▫General Education Electives -> for BA & BS ONLY ▫Required Institutional hours “min of 30” -> for BA & BS ONLY ▫It may also include an Emphasis, Concentration, or Cognate AND/OR a Minor depending on your major. -> for BA & BS ONLY **75% of your degree program must be unique to Regent**
