One-time awards vs. base pay increases Payout date December 7 th Merit pools based on HRMS salaries as of May 1st vs. Budget salaries Pool allocation calculated based on 2.2% of eligible A&P and Faculty salaries and 2.7% of eligible Classified salaries Performance evaluation on templates will require the rating for A&P and Classified employees and the current annual evaluation rating for Faculty Awards may vary for employees with split appointments due to the one-time nature of this year’s merit Eligible Employee Award letter to be provide to employees after Board of Regents approves budget and near payout date What’s new?
