Cutoffs Continued Additional Pays − September 1st FY 06 Appointment & Funding changes through Wolverine Access − October 31st University Directory Data − Working/Long Titles – September 15 th − Work Addresses – September 15 th − Home Address, phone # and Work phone # Self Service by 5:00 p.m. on October 13 th Degrees – September 29th

4. Reminders Faculty, Primary & Clinical Promotions will be processed in June − Units should review on total picture No Employee copies of the Notice of Appointments for batch merits this year Check I-9 status prior to submitting new appointments, reappointments or extension of appointments. Attach new I- 9 when appropriate

5. University Year Appointment Reminders Missing salary distribution, as of June 2nd for active Fall 06 university year appointments, will be updated by HRRIS by July 5th. Cutoffs for changes to salary distribution for Fall 06 – June through August 14th Schedule 1 to Schedule 2 requests will be processed prior to mid June and should be viewable on the Total Picture
