Morning Star Rotary Club: – Our Foundation and District Grant Committees shepherd grant applications thru the process. – Any club member can submit and champion an idea for a District Grant or World Grant! District 7430: – District Governor, Governor Elect, Rotary Foundation Chair and Subcommittee Chairs. – Review grants submitted by clubs annually and decide which ones to fund at the District level Who makes the decisions?
