3 Discipline Plan  In order to guarantee your child the excellent educational climate they deserve, we will not tolerate any students stopping another from learning. Think Time Be respectful Be responsible Be safe Each teacher will have a variation of this discipline plan and expectations within their own classroom. Rules  This is a school wide policy. When a student is struggling with appropriate behavior they receive one warning. If the behavior continues the student is sent to Think Time. They are sent to your student’s partner teacher for Think Time and they fill out a paper giving information about what happened and what they could have done differently in the situation. Students may be asked to call home.

4 Homework & Classwork  Students can expect up to 50 minutes of homework in addition to 20 minutes of reading on a regular basis. Homework may not be given everyday.  Students will be given an appropriate time to complete classwork at school.  If your student does not use time efficiently, classwork will be sent home to be completed in addition to homework  See individual teachers for their late work and absent policy Planners  Please see your student’s teacher for their planner procedures.
