3  This year I would like to explore the world of Web 2.0 and Learning 2.0 and apply it to my teaching. I will learn how to create a blog for my students and have them post their crystal growing experiment on the blog with pictures.  I will be proficient with using blogging with my students and my kids will have blogs of their crystals online.  The school should send me to the Learning 2.0 workshop at Shanghai American School.

14 Act II Talented principal coaches keen and eager teacher to revise her proposed goal to make it a SMART goal focused on student learning 80% of students will show ability to clearly document over time and communicate their crystal growing process AND that they were able to analyze the work of their peers well enough to ask them questions and adjust their own procedure based on their learning.
