3. ISAAC NEWTON MATHMETICIAN AND ASTRONOMER Isaac Newton was walking in his garden when he was struck by an apple that fell from his apple tree. This event led Sir Isaac Newton to explore gravity. This exploration led to the 3 laws of motion. These 3 laws govern all movement.
