State of Florida Emergency Support Function 6 2 Introduction  When a large disaster strikes Florida there is a requirement for additional state ESF 6 staff to handle the increased coordination demands.  Florida does not have sufficient trained ESF 6 staff to meet this demand so we must request assistance through EMAC or Mutual Aid.
