5 Progress trackers Formal feedback to parents twice a year in KS3 and 4 times a year in KS4 and 5. Parents evening once a year – appointments. Timed to coincide with key events – Eg options in Y8 or key exam points in KS4 and 5. Progress trackers do not replace regular on-going dialogue with students on a day to day basis Contact between parents and teachers outside of the formal reporting system when needed is expected.
