2 UNECE and EEC – project on developing the right conditions for SW in EAEU (2009- 2014) SW is not a goal in itself but a TF tool. Project approach, architecture, Business process analysis and re-engineering needed; data harmonization. The project developed in 2 directions: (1)Development of suitable political and organizational conditions for SW, and (2)Ensure compliance of the IT system (IISVVT) with international standards.
