Current Remittance Process – Application via Window or FAX : Generation of manual processing time consumption & cost (including the labor cost, SWIFT cable fee) – Current Internet Application : Although reduction in portion of manual processing time and cost is available, dramatic reduction in processing time and reduction in fee of SWIF is unavailable (no real-time processing) – No In-Advance Knowledge on Error in Remittance Orders (beneficiary, receiving account no. /depositor, receiving bank/branch, OFAC, etc) {Current Remittance → Use SWIFT (Store & Forward)} – Limitation in Customization with standardized remittance order (conditions for each field is already set) 2. 4 4 2) General Matters of Service ① User - Customer of domestic & overseas branch of KEB and affiliated bank who is internet banking user ② Channel in Use - Internet banking of each of affiliated bank (KEB: Domestic- e-Bank, company on-line, In- house banking, Overseas - i-Bank) - Site Address : Domestic - www.keb.co.kr, www.fxkeb.com, Overseas – www.ikeb.com ③ Range of Target Account - All demand accounts in foreign currency opened in domestic & overseas branch of KEB and affiliated banks - Internet banking registered withdrawal account is used and account in same currency as currency for total account (Domestic: KRW) and transfer currency is available ④ Service Hours - Domestic system of KEB is operated 365 days and 24 hours in principle. However, it may differ according the policy of each deposit bank ⑥ Fee - Application of withdrawal/deposit fee according to policy for each domestic/overseas branches of our bank & affiliated bank

(According to the operating policy of deposit bank, deferred function is supported) - System confirms the transaction available hour of withdrawal & deposit bank selected by customer, confirms the processing of deferred transaction to transfer ordering customer and then progresses the main transaction ※ What is deferred transaction? ☞ It is a case where withdrawal bank is transaction available hour but transaction of deposit bank is unavailable at the point of transfer ordering of customer. It is transaction that confirms the pre-transaction on deposit account at the time of transfer, completes processing of withdrawal account and processes the deposit to receiving account immediately after arrival of next transaction available hour of deposit bank/ branch ② Reserved Transfer - Service to reserve transfer on certain date in future (within 3 months) ③ Automatic Transfer - Service to process automatic transfer with same condition for each cycle during certain period of item (within 1 year) - Select from daily/weekly (certain day)/end of each month for the cycle - Initial date of transfer shall be within 1 month of date of registration ④ Large Quantity Transfer - Service to process transfer of more than two transactions in bundle (immediate & reserved transfer) - Max. processing transactions is within 100 transactions in 1 time - File Upload : Transfer data upload by txt & excel file is available ⑤ Others - Deferred transaction is unavailable for reserved, automatic and large quantity transfer - Registration cancellation is available until a day before estimated processing date for reserved, automatic and large quantity transfer (reserved). However, cancellation is unavailable for large quantity transfer (immediate)

Real-Time Remittance Service 1) Outline & Characteristics of Service ① Outline It is the special remittance service where fund can be remitted real-time from window of domestic branch to overseas branch (locale corporate) account through linkage in domestic & overseas banking system of our bank based on 『 Payment System between Banks 』 ② Characteristics - All in One, Special Remittance Convenient Immediate Deposit – Real-Time Remittance to KEB account worldwide. - Precise & Safe Remittance Actual depositor of deposit account, actual deposit amount after deduction of fee, etc is presented in-advance - Customized Service It can be used in various methods including per transaction, reserved and automatic remittance, etc 2) Type of Service ① Immediate Remittance -It is the service where customer performs single remittance transaction, deposit to deposit account is performed immediately after transfer.
