2 Variations of a Form Graphic Artists can take the ordinary and change it into the extraordinary by taking an ordinary form/shape and altering its overall appearance

3 Internal Variations Changing the interior portion of a shape. (examples: shading, stripes and patterns)

4 External Variations Changes to the exterior (outline) of shape. The two basic ways are with corner and edge variations.

5 External or Internal Variations Involves an alteration of both the outline and of the form.

6 Your Turn Take the first letter of your last or first name In paint create your letter in a unique manner. Recreate the letter for a total of 9 times
