You can see a quick Video on how to do this here.here -Click on Customer Code at the top of the main landing page. (This may not be available based on your Corporate Policy) -Click on Maintain Customer Codes-this is where you create or modify your existing codes. -To Create a New Code, type in the name of your Code in the field next to Customer type. (Typically we see types like “Buying”, “Retail”, “Selling Price”, “WD”, “Cost” etc. ) -Select the Product Type you want the markup to apply to. (Leave this field blank if you would like the Markup% to apply to ALL Product Types. For example a 0% Markup on “Buying Price” or 0% Markup on “WD”.) -Type in the %Markup -Select the basis for the Price (Buying Price VS. Catalog Price) -Click Add The newly created Customer Code will appear in the list at the top and all fields can be modified with the exception of the Customer Type. NOTE: In the example on the following page, the Customer Code: Selling Price has been designated as a 30% Markup on wheels, a 15% Markup on Tires, and 50% on Accessories. Codes that differentiate markups based on product type will need to be setup separately and the Customer Type must be an EXACT match in all 3 entries.

Will the customer receive a confirmation when the item ships? -Yes, as long as the account has an email address populated in our business system. If a dealer loses their login and/or password, what should they do? -On the login screen there is a link for “forgot password”. As long as the customer can answer the question they can re-set their password but if they can’t answer the question they can email dealerline@wheelpros.com with their customer information (Company name, Wheel Pros account #, address, etc.) and their login and/or password will be emailed to them. dealerline@wheelpros.com Can a customer place an order for something that is backordered? -Yes, the servicing warehouse will move it to the backordered file when they receive the order. 24 Customer Service/FAQ How long does it take after the customer registers before they will be able to log into Dealer Line? - 24 to 72 hours. Dealer Line customers are updated daily with the exception of Sat, Sun and holidays. Delays will happen if the customer enters a different business name, address, phone number or account number than what we have in our system. It takes longer to verify they are one of our customers. Dealer Line receives registrations from retail people and/or dealers not in our system a long with our actual customers. This is why information has to be verified. Can the shopping cart be turned off if the customers doesn’t want orders placed through dealer line but wants to see pricing and inventory available? -Yes, we can turn off the shopping cart. Can the price be turned off? -No, however the user can manipulate the price displayed on Dealer Line including a -100% markup on the catalog price, effectively making the displayed Price on all products $0. Please refer to setting up customer codes in the instructions.
