9. Smelling You smell with your nose. When you smell a rose or a skunk, you use your sense of smell.

10. Smelling is an important sense. We use our nose to smell. Some things smell good and some things smell bad. What do you like to smell?

11. Is your nose important? Close your eyes and smell what is in the room.

12. Tasting You taste with your tongue. When you taste a pizza or cotton candy, you use your sense of taste.

13. Tasting is an important sense. We taste with our tongues. Some things taste good and some things taste bad. What do you like to taste?

14. Do all things taste the same? Do you like the taste of pickle juice of the taste of cupcakes?

15. Feeling You feel with your skin. When you feel a soft kitten or a hot oven, you use your sense of feeling.

16. One more sense is touching. We touch with our fingers. Some things are soft and some things are rough. We can feel with other parts of our body.
