2 OBJECTIVES: To introduce students to the theories and concepts of DC and AC circuits. The course will also develop skills to analyse all linear electrical circuits. PRE-REQUISITE: SKEE 1023 Course homepage: http://encon.fke.utm.my/courses/SKEE1043-01/

3 COURSE OUTCOMES: CO1 State and describe the basic concept of transient, alternating current and two-port circuits. CO2Apply the theorems and concepts of circuit analysis for solving and analyzing engineering related problems in electrical circuits CO3 Work in a team and communicate effectively. 6 Evaluation: Assignment - group submission - PSPICE simulation based assignment Use of PSpice to solve circuit problems Verification of solutions to circuit problems using PSPICE Homework - individual submission – may contain PSPICE simulation Almost every week - LATE homework will not be accepted Questions are taken from textbook/during lectures Format of your homework
