Principles and Element of Art The principles of visual art are the rules, tools and guidelines that artists use to organize the art in an artwork. When successfully combined with the elements of art they create an pleasing or interesting work of art.
Idealism Idealism is any of various systems of thought in which the objects of knowledge are held to be in some way dependent on the activity of mind.
Pop art The Term Pop Art was officially introduced in December 1962; the Occasion was a "Symposium on Pop Art" organized by the Museum of Modern Art.
Cubism Cubism has been considered the most influential art movement of the 20th century. The term is broadly used in association with a wide variety of art produced in Paris.
realism Realism is the quality or fact of representing a person, thing, or situation accurately or in a way that is true to life. Realism may proceed to represent the picture of reality.
