6 Making education a reality for every child Parental Demand parents are keenPoor parents are keen on sending their children to school, and are also willing to contribute. Parents do not require income-generating incentives or subsidies to sustain their children in schools. The best incentive is to make schools sensitive to the needs of illiterate parents and their children
