10. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE INSTITUTE? Small group meetings address topics such as career planning, decision making/problem solving, communication, creativity, and goal setting.

11. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE INSTITUTE? A Panel of Leaders discusses regional needs, strengths, interests, and opportunities.
