3. STANDARD CATEGORY 2.2 Algebraic Concepts GRADE LEVEL STANDARD CC.2.2.8.B.1 Apply concepts of radicals and integer exponents to generate equivalent expressions. ASSESSMENT ANCHOR-The Assessment Anchors represent categories of subject matter (skills and concepts) that anchor the content of the PSSA.
