Primary Education ISCED 2 Policy developments for and regional cooperation in line with Oslo Agenda: Curriculum, Teacher training, School management, School – Enterprise cooperation, Network of Entrepreneurial Schools, Entrepreneurial Island.

Higher Education ISCED 5/6 Furter development of ETF EL policy indicators for entrepreneurial learning within tertiary level education; Set up criteria and form a network of HE establishments defined as Entreprenurial Universities; Support the selected pilot-institutions (faculties) within the established network in the development of across campus entrepreneurial learning (2 per country); Network of teaching staff supported within the network; Create regional student entrepreneurial club; Feasibility study - regional masters degree for university teaching staff on entrepreneurship education; Independent assessment on the Charters indicators for HE; Support for IPA national programing.
