3. Be on time LSE Tardy policy applies to this classroom 1st tardy – I’ll give you a warning 2 nd tardy – I will contact your parents/guardians 3 rd tardy – I will assign 30-minute detention and contact your parents 4 th tardy – I will refer you to your administrator, contact your parents, and assign 50-minute detention 5 th tardy – Everything above, plus additional consequences from your administrator (before/after school/lunch detention, ISS, referral to student services, etc).

4. Bring all necessary materials Bring your textbook, pencil/pen and notebook/folder every day. Keep all papers for the remainder of the year to help study for the semester tests (verified that information was correctly recorded)

5. Follow safety rules Classroom entry: please, sit in your assigned seat and work on your bell work. EVERY class will start with l’ouverture. Leaving the classroom: stay in your seat until you are dismissed by the teacher. Have your materials on the desk before the bell rings. Only water allowed in the classroom. NO food or drink. NO GUM either! Cell phones and other electronic devices: out of sight and out of sound from the time you walk into the classroom until you return to the hall (unless you are asked to use them for the learning purposes ONLY). Store your bags under your desk – you only need your textbook, notebook and a pencil.

6. Complete assignments and ask for missing work During class time we work. Doing other homework, reading class unrelated material, laying your head down/sleeping, or doing personal grooming is not allowed in this class. Be responsible for your own work and turn it in when it is due. Ask for help when needed. It is YOUR responsibility to get any necessary information or homework and to arrange for quizzes, tests, or extra help if you miss class. Check Synergy regularly. Your work must be completed before the chapter test for credit.

7. EXTRA HELP 3:00 pm – 3:45 pm (except for Tuesday – PLC day) Please let me know if you plan on stopping by!!!
