12. © CBCEW 2015 Ten Top Tips (1) Plan events well in advance Keep events ‘low cost’ so everyone can join in Involve the whole group, including the children Get group members to take the lead in rotation. Organise monthly events, no matter how many can/can’t make it

13. © CBCEW 2015 Ten Top Tips (2) Plan a House Mass once a year. Try and plan a weekend away Keep in regular contact with group members Contact those who have not been for a while – they may have clashing commitments Consider offering them a transfer to another group (with coordinator agreement)
