4. ECAH: Interim Report The ECAH interim report submitted to Brussels was well accepted however a financial amendment is needed All partners will be asked to sign an amended contract and complete an information form

5. ECAH: LdV Amendment ECAH will submit an amendment request to Brussels within the next month. Requirements from partners: A.Signature of revised contract B.Overview of costs and time each partner has spent on the project

6. ECAH: Final Report A meeting of the partners is scheduled for November 2005 to prepare the Final Report Final report must be submitted to EC by February 1st, 2006

7. ECAH: LdV Final Report ECAH will submit a final report request to Brussels February 1 st, 2006 Requirements from partners: 1.Report of dissemination activities undertaken by your organization over the course of the project to promote ECAH 2.Overview of costs/time spent on the realization of contractual obligations to the project by each partner

8. ECAH: Running Phase The ECAH Project will move to into its “Running Phase” in January 2006 Running costs and a budget will be established to fund accreditation procedures

9. ECAH: Role of ECAH Representatives in “Running Phase” Serve on the ECAH Advisory Board Sign a three year contract Provider Status: 1.Coordinate accreditation procedures for the meeting/congress of their National Society 2.Oversee the review of CME Activities/events in their country which have applied for ECAH accreditation Attend ECAH Advisory Board meetings as needed/requested
