8.  A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college/university  A cumulative G.P.A. of 2.75 or better on the last 60 undergraduate hours  Admission through the Texas State Graduate College either as a degree- seeking Masters level student or as a non-degree seeking (certification only student). Fees are required: $40 for degree seeking; $10 for non-degree seeking.  Transcripts and 3 professional references sent to: Graduate College, Texas State University - San Marcos  A face-to-face interview (to be scheduled by the TRP office after the deadline date)  Criminal History Background Release Form (to be completed at time of interview)  An online survey to be completed at the time of interview (fee required)  A certification plan (fee required) developed by the Certification Officer, Office of Educator Preparation, for candidates who are selected for TRP after successful completion of the interview process.
