4 ® Revenue Share Project Manager: Manages Revenue Share Allocation Reviews/Approves Quarterly Requests & Annual Plan Expenses Available for Customized Training Office Operations: Manage the Office Leases and Rental Payments Approve Requests for Equipment & Repairs Management of the Staff in the Country: National Supervision of Staff in the Offices Professional Development and Training Outcome Setting Annual Evaluation Extended Staff Support: Provide Remote Administrative Assistance to Regions and Chapters that do not have Offices or Staff Organizational Assessment: Oversee Annual Analysis of Performance of the Country

16 ® Resource Chair Job Description Goals: 1.Build and foster a relationship with the Presidents in their assigned area 2.Develop and nurture future leaders and efficient units 3.Service the leadership within their areas of the country with a focus on operations and communications 4.Guide team building in their areas to foster collaborative efforts 5.Funnel and focus resources to the appropriate person(s) 6.Be a positive voice ensuring the fulfillment of Hadassah’s mission and goals
