2. ERASMUS+ Learning Agreement Fill in Erasmus+ Learning Agreement before your exchange! The purpose of the LA is to ensure that you will receive recognition in your degree for the courses completed abroad Read carefully the instructions in the annex 1! Fill in the form electronically, print it out and have it signed as required. (Scanned copies of signatures/digital signatures are accepted) Keep original for yourself and return the copy to the international coordinator at Arcada.

4. ERASMUS+ Learning Agreement The LA must include all the courses that you will take at the host institution and all the courses placements that will be replaced at Arcada Table A = courses at the host university Table B = courses at Arcada that will be replaced by the courses taken abroad You can add additional rows to table A and B The course written in the first row in table A will replace the course in the first row in table B. The course written in the 2nd row in table A will replace the course in the 2nd row in table B etc... If you’ll only take extension studies abroad, you can write ”extension studies” in a single line in table B.

5. ERASMUS+ Learning Agreement Remember to fill in a Changes to Learning agreement form if there has been changes in your choice of courses. If the transcript of records that you will get from the host university does not match with your updated learning agreement or/and if your LA does not state how the courses will be compensated at Arcada, you have to fill in form 6, Application for accreditation of previous study attainments. This is a much longer process!
