2 What is E-KYC Aadhaar based DSC ?
Aadhaar EKYC is a paperless process for Digital Signature Issuance where in identity and address of the subscriber are verified through aadhar authentication. This a convenient mode of obtaining Digital Signature (DSC) as there is no need to submit the Hard copies of Form and documents and no need to attestation of any documents. It is mandatory for the subscriber to have a Valid Aadhaar Card for DSC issuance under this process.

4 Pre-requisites for EKYC Based DSC Enrollment
Use Windows 7 & above operating System Please close all the browsers before installing the add on Use Internet Explorer browser (IE 8 & Above) for Enrollment Software Description Download Link Mantra MFS Driver This is the driver for Biometric Finger Print Scanner Device Click Here to Download Certix Add on – 32 Bits This is required for capturing the Finger print on a 32 Bit Operating System Certix Add on – 64 Bits This is required for capturing the Finger print on a 64 Bit Operating System

5 Procedure of Enrollment
The Detailed Procedure to Enroll the Digital Signature Certificate is mentioned in the following pages

6 Select the type of certificate which you need to enroll for:

7 Please select the option Aadhaar Registration
Select Aadhaar Registration

8 Type your Aadhaar Number, Registration No
Type your Aadhaar Number, Registration No., tick the 2 boxes below and click on “Capture Fingerprint” Click on “OK” and then place the Finger on the MFS 100 Finger Print Scanner

9 When the Fingerprint is captured you will get the following message
When the Fingerprint is captured you will get the following message. Click on OK to proceed.

10 After Clicking “OK” wait for the UIDAI server response

11 Once the response is successful you will get the screen as shown below
Once the response is successful you will get the screen as shown below. Now Type the PAN, and Challenge Passphrase as usual and Click on “Submit”

12 Once the enrollment is successful, you will get a confirmation as given below.

13 Procedure after Successful Enrollment
After Successful Enrollment of the EKYC – DSC RA/ LRAA will approve the DSC from his Server as per Normal Procedure. SafeScrypt will Verify the application and Issue the Certificate.
