3. Hardware Requirements: A 133 MHz or higher Pentium-class CPU – A minimum of 128 MB of available RAM – A hard drive with at least 90.5 MB of free space – In order to use Reference Manager’s Internet Search command or to use the Web Publisher component, an Internet connection is required.

4. Installation of Reference Manager 11 1.Check your system requirement & compatibility 2.Be sure that you logged in with administrative accessibilities 3.Uninstall all bibliographic software's that already installed on your system 4.Exit your word processor program

5. Continue of Installation 6. Attach the folder containing your last version of program either on CD or your flash memory 7. Run Reference Manager application file 8. Select features matched with your case in installation process 9. Click finish or run when installation completed

6. Configure reference manager If: 1.RM menu isn’t in tools menu in your office word 2.You installed RM before office word 1.Go to Start menu/programs/Reference manager11/Configure reference manager 2.Check Cite While You write & click next

7. Installing Cite While You Write In most cases, it will be installed automatically Some word processor versions may require configuration

8. To install CWYW in Word 1. From the local machine, use Windows Explorer to go to the Reference Manager 11 Network\Program folder. 2. Double click on the RefManConfig.exe program to start it. 3. Select from the available word processor support: Cite While You Write for Word 4. Click Next.

9. 1.Go to C :\Program Files\Reference Manager 11\CWYW 2.Copy these two files (RM11Cwyw.word template) & (RM11Cwyw.wll) 3.To C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP 4.Restart your word processor

10. Upgrading Connect your system to internet Do one of the below 1.From Start/programs/Reference manger11/update reference manger or 2.Downloading upgrade patch & run it in the system with old version of RM
