3 Improvements Moved rez center from Phoenix to Tempe and expanded from 65 to 100 stations o Purchased new phone switch to handle increased traffic and add flexibility o Ability to add an additional 30 stations

4 Improvements (continued) Expanded Tampa reservation center from 30 to 90 stations o Ability to add 30 additional stations Kiosk technology in Baltimore, Washington & Kansas City

5 Experience in Serving the Physically Challenged Provided accessible service since 1984 Each SuperShuttle city operates accessible equipment Currently have approximately 60 accessible vehicles in our nationwide fleet Accepted and provided service to over 12,000 ADA passengers in past year

6 Department of Justice Department of Justice conducted an ADA compliance review in 2001 and 2002 SuperShuttle was found to be materially in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, however recommendations were made: o A minimum of 2 ADA vehicles per location o Better data collection process tracking service standards o Quarterly reporting for 24 months

15 Recommendations All transportation providers should be required to have ADA equipment in their fleet Extend service life of ADA equipment beyond the normal mandated airport replacement schedule Providers should have signed sub contract agreements with paratransit service companies in the event service requests exceed vehicle inventory Do not require providers to have a larger inventory of ADA vehicles than their demand dictates o Large financial impact o Lower utilization
