14 14 GA TASKS A. Office Building Information 1. TWC: - Made ceiling’s holes for air-conditioner maintenance continuously. - Replaced dirty carpet in 10FL’s big meeting room. 2. Norch: - Maintained air-conditioners by the landlord. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN)

Green Plaza & Sacombank (Danang) - Finished repairing all damaged items caused by typhoon. 5. Cantho branch: - Redecoration (folding chairs, suction fans and ceiling fans) for Agency, toilets & Training rooms. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN)

18 18 GA TASKS (cont.) B. Other projects: 4. Regulations on property and key control. - The visitors/suppliers (excluding BOD’s visitors) are not allowed to enter into the working areas. If it is necessary to enter into the working areas they must be accompanied by our receptionist/ relevant staff. - Department Heads and BMs are responsible for the company’s property management and well control. Department/Division/ Agency will be responsible for compensation of the company’s property damages or missing. 4. Regulations on drinking water. 5. Continuously surveyed for Hanoi office building. Regulations on property and key control (Cont.) - Office door’s keys must be kept by specific person assigned by Department Heads or BMs. Do not allow to make numerous duplicate keys for others without approval of authorities. - BM and/or BDO will keep the office’s door’s keys. - If any loss/damage happened BM and BDO take joint responsibilities for compensation. Regulations on drinking water - The small bottles of Lavie mineral water (358ml) will be distributed to BOD’s monthly meetings and BOD’s visitors/ guests only. - For other meetings or other events if necessary, the small bottles of Lavie shall only distributed if approved by E.V.P. - If you need drinking water service for the meetings please inform GA’s receptionist in advance for arrangement. 21 21 GA TASKS 1. Fixed asset of TWC continuously checking. 2. Terminating the contact of drinking water supplying with Sapuwa (Replaced by Lavie for Ladeco & Grand). 3. 23 23 Main tasks This month: ► Terms & Conditions of new products (R04, R05, R06, C10 & A03)  finished R04, R05, R06.  reviewing C10 & A03. ► Legal Compliance Process  completed Step 3, posted up Legal Compliance procedure into data system.

24 24 Main tasks This month: ► Legal Counsel of the Company  gave advice to Planning Dept. regarding general agency office;  gave advice to Claim Dept. regarding Renewal receipt. ► Revise & review contract  drafted co-operated agreement between Cathay & IVB regarding bancassurance.

25 25 Main tasks Next month: ► Terms & Conditions  reviewing, revising C10 & A03, other new products (if any) ► Legal Compliance Process  Self-assessment of legal compliance for second half year 2009 (estimate to finish on 4 Dec 09). ► N’orch Building & Green Plaza issues  take appropriate actions if required in the future ► Collect and summarize information regarding to the legal consultancy

26 DECISION 82/2009/QD-UBND ON OCTOBER 26, 2009 prescribed the rates level, paid mode, management and using of fees for copies of original, certifying fees make copies from original and certifying signature in the City. Legal Department  Fee levels are prescribed as follows: 1. Fee for issuing copy from the original: 3,000 VND/ set; 2. Fee for certified copy from originals: 2,000 VND/ page; from 3rd page or more then the 1,000 VND per page, but, maximum fee does not exceed 100,000 VND/ set; 3. Fee for certified signature: 10,000 VND / case. The rate of fee is applied from the date of November 5, 2009.B
