3 Eats figs and other small, sweet fruits, liana fruit, tree fruit and berries, and insects. Has a hairless face with dark eyes, small nostrils, and jet-black skin. Has five toes, including opposable big toe. A Gibbon family has a territory of about 30 to 50 acres of rain forest. Has been known to leap over 30 feet in a single jump.
