5 About the Pre-Planning Process: Member & Partner Survey Survey administered May 18 – 29, 2015 (Survey Monkey) Link sent by CADI Coordinator to the nearly 1,000 folks 105 completed – 31% CADI members Primary Professional Setting: 40% - healthcare provider, system, or institution 25% - educational system or institution 16% - CBO or service provider 10% - government < 4% - business/industry, advocacy organization, professional association, retired

6 Member & Partner Survey Key Findings 94% said to include regional meetings 69% said they prefer planning processes with fewer, longer sessions (versus more, shorter meetings) 34% said they want to participate in the planning process (53% said “I don’t know”)

7 Member & Partner Survey Key Findings Top 3 purposes for a statewide plan: Identify Key Priorities (79%) Educate the Public (72%) Engage Partners to Collaborate (65%) Top 3 plan benefits: Educate the Public in My Community (63%) Identify Key Priorities for My Group or Organization (53%) Use as a Tool to Engage Partners to Collaborate (37%)
