4. June 7 BEST Meeting- Discussion Group Information The BEST Meeting Discussion Group information was distributed after the last webinar to everyone on our mailing list. What feedback do you have concerning the information collected? How will you use this information within your organization? Survey Monkey will be sent out to obtain feedback from stakeholders on the WRBHO areas of focus from the lists. Summary of the feedback will be given during the September meeting.

5. 2 nd Quarter Performance Reports 2 nd Quarter WRBHO Performance Report was submitted to State Office on August 3 Key findings will be presented to State Offices via webinar on August 21 Information should be released to providers during the end of August or early September

7. Inpatient Experience Forum Update Two forums have been held:  July 11 in Rochester  July 27 in Olean Response to date has been very positive. Other Forum dates  Olean – July 27  Buffalo – August 15

Development of Grand Rounds Webinar Series Four webinars have been planned for the fall Dates and Topics:  September 13- Update on Drugs of Abuse  October 11 -Management of Behavior Dis-Control in Children and Adolescents  November 8- Use of Psychotropics During Pregnancy  December 13- To be announced An announcement will be going out next week which will include the registration link for the 1 st session

9. Child Psychiatry Support Mario Testani has begun to support the WRBHO 4 hours each week. Feedback so far?
