7 Overview of the proposals made by the conglomerates (by heading) Cutting red tape: Managing the Structural Funds between 2007 and 2013 (3) Support public-private partnerships for larger infrastructure projects (13) Investing in sustainable use of resources and environmental technologies (8) Fostering regional innovation (12) Investing in competitive enterprises and high quality jobs (12) total of 48 exceeds suggested 35 workshops because classification still needs to be done

8 Call for speakers for DG REGIO workshops open between 16 February and 6 March Objectives Select 100 speakers for 35 workshops under REGIO's responsibility; Complete the programme together with the conglomerates' workshops; Focus will be on theme "E) Cutting red tape: Management of Structural Funds 2007-2013" Selection will be done by end of March.
