PARCC Assessments Performance Based Assessment March 2 nd – March 27 th This test will focus on using real-world problems to apply skills, concepts, and understandings to solve multi-step problems requiring abstract reasoning, precision, perseverance, and strategic use of tools End of Year Assessment April 20 th – May 15 th Students will demonstrate further conceptual understanding of the Major Content and Additional and Supporting Content of the grade/course, and demonstrate mathematical fluency, when applicable to the grade

Students earning Cs, Ds, or Es are a concern to us Times Students Can Get Support –Connect Time (8:49-9:06): Mondays and Tuesdays (by invitation, Algebra only) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (need pass and permission from CT teacher) –Afterschool Algebra Club (by invitation, Algebra only, starts in October, date TBD) Algebra & Geometry- make arrangement with teacher ahead of time –Lunch Algebra & Geometry- make arrangement with teacher ahead of time –Algebra Support 1 st Period
