7 infoday Action Line I Environment - Take-Up Action Line I Environment - Take-Up Types of activity funded TRIALS (1) TRIALS (1) –aim at the adaptation and introduction of leading edge technology, promising, but not yet fully established –include joint evaluation by suppliers and users (technological and economic benefits) –test new technology in real case with user organizations –development is restricted to adaptation, fine-tuning and customization of already available methods and technologies Proving viability of new technologies - giving European leverage to RTD results
