Homeroom and Associated Course Enrollments Students scheduled into a homeroom section and sections for subject areas not traditionally taught by homeroom teacher Subject specific courses traditionally taught by homeroom teacher associated with homeroom courses in District Course Student enrollment information for specific subject areas created in the extract only

5. Setup District Course Associated Courses tab Homeroom Courses Specific Subject Area Courses School Setup Basic Info tab Scheduling Options Homeroom and Associated Course Enrollments

6. Scheduling Assign students to homeroom sections Assign students to subject area specific section such as PE, Art, Music If the school does ability grouping or has a designated subject area teacher (Math, Reading, Science, etc.) assign students to sections as needed

7. Linked Sections School office staff creates sections for homeroom and specific subject areas linking the appropriate additional sections to the homeroom teacher When a student is enrolled in homeroom section he will automatically be enrolled in all linked sections

8. Setup School Setup Basic Info tab Scheduling Options Linked Sections Create sections for all courses in which students receive instruction Link homeroom teacher to all courses taught to entire homeroom class by other staff

9. Scheduling Assign students to homeroom sections An enrollment for all linked classes will be automatically created when record is saved If the school does ability grouping assign students to sections as needed
