2 Intro of Paul Bosco as OPAM Director/SPE ADS Mr. Mel Williams to Address Attendees via VTC Establish DOE FY 12 objectives/goals Breakout by Group (CSCC, PERT, ICPT, SCMC) – Discuss/align FY 12 objectives/goals with DOE – Discuss opportunities, challenges, and issues All Meet – Presentation by each group to all on objectives/goals Long Term Objective – Two joint meetings per year (on site preferred, may go to VTC) August to establish/set objectives/goals for next FY February to access progress on meeting objectives/goals Office of Management Office of Procurement and Assistance Management Overview

3 PURPOSE: The Contractor Supply Chain Council (CSCC), formerly known as the CPC, will leverage the supply chain functions to more efficiently support the DOE Program Mission. The CSCC will accomplish this goal by developing an overarching strategic direction on a Department wide basis. STRUCTURE: The CSCC membership will consist of a Chair, Vice Chair and membership from the major DOE contractor community. The council is supported by the DOE Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) and DOE Program Sponsors. OBJECTIVES: – Objective 1: Collaborate to recommend Department-wide, cross-functional acquisition strategies for commodities and services. – Objective 2: Collaborate to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership for acquired goods and services. – Objective 3: Collaborate to improve fulfillment of socio-economic acquisition goals. – Objective 4: Collaborate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition business processes and systems. – Objective 5: Collaborate to improve the skills of the contractor acquisition community. 4 PURPOSE: Aggressively pursue strategic sourcing opportunities that represent procurement leveraged spend that results in a lower total cost of ownership for DOE Complex Wide Site and Facility Contractors STRUCTURE: Executive Steering Council with individually chartered Commodity Teams OBJECTIVES: – Objective 1: Leverage the buying power of the DOE Complex to achieve the most favorable purchasing arrangements and pricing – Objective 2: Avoid unnecessary duplication in the acquisition process – Objective 3: Establish long-term relationships with quality suppliers, to optimize the number of suppliers per commodity as much as practicable – Objective 4: Primarily focus on the acquisition of commercial off-the-shelf commodities and commercial services through small, small disadvantaged, woman owned, Hubzone, Veteran-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned or other minority business enterprises – Objective 5: Promote sustainability by periodically negotiating special promotional pricing with ICPT suppliers Website: https://icpt.llnl.gov/index.htmlhttps://icpt.llnl.gov/index.html ICPT Chair: Ms. Peggy Plyler, SRS
