2 Call specificities 4th call for proposals under FRC combining budget and priorities of 2011 & 2012 Initial Budget of EUR 20 975 000 Partnership of at least 2 organisations from 2 diffrent MS Duration: up to 24 months Funding: minimum of EUR 75 000 Deadline: 13 March 2012, extension 15 March 2012 2

3 Process & Results The evaluation committee was assisted by 12 external experts for the assessment of the the operational capacity and the quality based on the award criteria, Results: 42 projects have been funded for a total amount of EUR 22 478 803,20 Award decision adopted on the 1st October 2012 C(2012)7035 3

4 Call Statistics – Overall 256 proposals received 33 proposals were found ineligible, majority because of missing documents 2 proposals assessed as not having a sufficient Operational capacity 2 proposals assessed as not having a sufficient Financial capacity 4

5 Call Statistics – Overall 219 assessed under the award criteria Of 39 selected for award 75 on the reserve list (3 were awarded) Total of 114 with a score above 70 points 105 below the threshold of 70 points 5
