Regional training workshops 3 online health information training workshops to be run –Regional basis; north, central, south –September to December 2009 –Co-facilitated by master trainers and Martha Garrett –Resources and support available from the programme to enable activities As lead in to institutional level training activities

Objectives of the regional events To provide online health information training To promote online health information training and associated information services To raise the profile of you, the master trainers To provide a test environment with expert support for practicing training To prepare trainers for institutional training To build institutional, regional and national network of information professionals working in this area

Institutional training activities Master trainer teams to deliver their own institutional level online health information training Resources and support from programme to help enable this Opportunity to collaborate and develop training skills with other master trainers To improve access and use of online health information in participating institutions
