3. 3 Production "Cheboksary Power System Works", Ltd. possesses the latest set of equipment which provides a full production cycle. That allows us: to produce individual orders starting with one unit up to the conveyor supply to expand annually the range of products and a list of services provided by machining to meet domestic and international quality standards. To control the quality of products the company has its own laboratory which allows to control the entire process starting with raw material up to confirmation of all the characteristics imposed by the customer to the finished product.

4. 4 Metalworking Using the equipment of world leaders in the field of metalworking HAAS (USA), Doosan Infracore (Korea) and Erwin Junker (Germany) the company produces metalworking of details of different complexity and configurations to meet the terms of the design documentation provided by the customer.  "Cheboksary Power System Works" Ltd. possesses all the turning equipment group: lathes, automatic lathes for small details machining, CNC turning centers, and provides all kinds of services in complex metalworking: turning, milling, gear-milling, gear-shaping, grinding and fitting (detail weighing up to 10 tons and measuring up to 6000h4000h1500 mm).

5. 5 Quality guarantee The quality of products is confirmed by certificates of conformity. Certified Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 ensures quality control at all stages from development to delivery of finished products.

6. 6 Tractor spare parts Cheboksary Power System Works produces spare parts and components for industrial, agricultural and forestry tractors by “Kraslesmash” Ltd (forestry tractors), "Onega Tractor Plant" Ltd (forestry tractors), "Vladimir Motor-Tractor Works" JSC (wheeled agricultural tractors), "Volgograd machine-building company "VGTZ" Ltd (caterpillar agricultural tractors). Elements of running gears for forestry tractors based on ТТ-4М, ТТ4М-23К, ТDТ-55, ТLТ-100, Onezhec-300 agricultural tractors based on Т-130, Т-170, Agromash-90ТG

7. 7 Automotive components CHZSA, Ltd. supplies components and spare parts of its own production to the primary and secondary market of automotive components:  Break wheels to Gazelle, UAZ, KAMAZ, PAZ;  Break disks

8. 8 Engine spare parts «Cheboksary power system works», Ltd is one of the main producers of the spare parts for YAMZ engines manufactured at “Autodiesel”, Jsc: For engines V6, V8 of YAMZ-236, YAMZ-238, YAMZ-7511 series – a wide range of fan drives for engines; For engines V12 of YAMZ-845, YAMZ-850 series – reducing sleeves transition fittings, flanges, water pumps.  Spare parts pass all the required tests  Produced according to the original design documentation and delivered directly to the assembly line of "Autodiesel" as well as the secondary market.

9.  Flanges with the diameter from 40 up to 400mm  Collar flanges acc. to GOST 12821-80 9 Pipeline fittings "CHZSA" Ltd. has a full range of production processes and a fleet of modern high-tech equipment which allows to perform metalworking of flanges according to GOST 12821-80.
