1 The first armored vehicles were designed with plating for protection against bullets, shells and other projectiles.

2 The British developed an invention with the potential for turning the tide of the Great War Armored vehicle known as the tank. Also called land ships.

7 Tanks were use more then armored vehicles because tanks wouldn’t get stuck in the mud alone the trenches as easy.

8 The cars were shielded with 3/8" thick armor plate, fitted with dual rear axles and two machine guns, with 3,000 rounds of ammunition.
