UNIVERSITY GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS University minimum requirements for a bachelor’s degree:  120 credits  40 credits in Liberal Education  40 credits in upper-division (300-499) courses  30 credits in residence at SCSU  Apply for graduation (best done 2 semesters prior to graduation) Records and Registration office, AS 118 Major-specific requirements:  2.5 overall GPA to be admitted to the Community Health major and to graduate from the program  Must complete all major courses with a grade of "C-" or better

5. HOW TO APPLY TO THE COMMUNITY HEALTH MAJOR:  Must complete HLTH 210, 215, 225, 325 and PESS 249 or BIO 202  Download from the website the Community Health Major/Minor Application Form  Complete the form electronically (utilizing your DARS Report)  Gather the needed signatures (get the minor advisor’s or a second major advisor’s signature before the required Community Health advisor’s)  The Kinesiology Chairperson will submit the form to Records and Registration  Records and Registration will notify the student by email (minimum of 2 weeks)
