3.  November 14  Tulalip Indian Reservation, WA  Anhydrous ammonia  470 gallon tank with 100 gals washed ashore  USCG/Ecology lead  EPA (OSC Dettling) provided ambient air monitoring

4.  December 24  Gypsy Queen  Everett, WA  Steamboat Slough  EPA (OSC Smith) provided Pollution Removal Funding Authorization to Ecology

5.  December 29  Atkinson Distributing, Inc. (cardlock fueling operation)  Orofino, ID  Unknown oil product was discovered “blooming” near shoreline  Clearwater River  EPA (OSC Liverman) found no loss of product through pressure testing of pipes and fuel inventory of nearby cardlock facility.  EPA (OSC Weigel) continues to assess for source of release.
