3 The path to happiness is forgiveness of everyone and gratitude for everything. Happiness is a perfume we cannot pour on others, without getting a few drops on ourselves.

4 We spend most of our life running after things, doing things. We forget that being comes before doing. If we make an effort to “be” we‘ll discover that life helps and brings whatever is needed. Learning to be, is learning to be at peace and learning to be happy. It is our most fundamental human nature.

5 Happiness cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, nor stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.

6 Let’s have a little laugh at life and look around us for happiness instead of sadness. Laughter gets us out of unhappy situations. Even in our darkest moment, we usually can find something to laugh about if we try hard enough.

7 Fear feeds on insecurity, feeling of loss, loneliness, inadequacy and attachment. The secret of happiness is to be free of fear. Fear is like a toxin that runs through much of our thinking.

8 We don’t need anything to be happy. It’s something that comes from inside, and when we radiate a happy energy, we’ll be amazed what it attracts into our life. Let’s decide now to be happy, and watch magic begin to enter our life.
