Is it.... an area in a building or structure designed to: hold disabled occupants (wheelchair users), during a fire or other emergency, when evacuation may not be safe or possible, until the Fire and Rescue Service can assist ? Or to: enable disabled occupants (wheelchair users) to escape, without hindering others, by waiting out the flow of people, until so that staff can assist their escape Access and egress
