6 research, initiatives and partnerships to unleash the brilliance of young Australians All content and material is the property and copyright of The Foundation for Young Australians 2011 to make successful transitions into life beyond school… The Solution… An intensive 5-day program that builds the skills and beliefs young people need to succeed in life and work and motivates them to remain in school.Target… Students in Year 10 (age 15-16) from areas of social disadvantage.Outcome… Young people making better transitions to further study and/or employment.
